Pets
Do you have a pet? If not, did you know that pets can help keep you healthy? They can reduce your stress just by having a presence in your life. I think everyone should have a pet of some sort, whether it be a cat or a dog, or even some fish. Pets are a truly wonderful addition to any home. Go to your local animal shelter and save a pet today. In the future you will be glad that you did.
