Could you ever be on a show like the Bachelor? I do not think that I could. For one, I would have a huge problem dating a guy that someone else was dating at the same time. I do not believe in dating more than one person at a time.
And I think it is ridiculous when girls are on the show and the first night they get booted off and then they say I really loved him. How could you know you loved him? Sure you may have been in love with his good looks, or with the clothes he sported or by his job, but do you honestly know everything there is to know. His past? His hobbies? His favorite food or color? Love goes a bit deeper than just looks or a job.
I do not feel like I could ever compete on one of these shows. It seems to me that they hardly ever work out anyway.

What is your Heaven?

Heaven. No one knows what it is until they have passed on. I believe that Heaven is what you make it. In my Heaven, I will meet with all the people who have passed on before me. My Heaven will be bright and sunny and I will be at peace. The scenery will look angelic. Bright beautiful flowers will cover much of the land and there will be a huge waterfall with a rainbow looking ever so picturesque. The sun will make the land warm and inviting to everyone. You will be able to do everything you could on earth, such as read the latest novel, see the latest movie, or do the sports you so loved on Earth. The only difference will be the company you share.

Parenting

Why do parents these days think they need to be their child's best friend? If you have children who are not adults, you are a PARENT and not a friend. I have seen it happen to many times where the parent wants the child to be happy and not mad at them so they do whatever the child wants. If you are a parent, be a parent. Do what is in the best interest for your child even if it means that your child is mad at you. There will be plenty of time when your child is an adult to be there friend, now is not the time to do it.

Why do people have to be so rude?

I work a few nights out of the month as a watiress. I have come across some rather rude people since I started this job. My question is why do some of the people have to be so rude? For example last night I had a table of four come in. I promptly took their order and got them their drinks and within 20 minutes they had their food. After they were done eating, I asked if I could get them anything else. The one replied, Sam needs a box. I said ok not thinking, but I knew who Sam was and clearly he did not need one. I did not take the box to them, because I was not going to be the butt of their joke. If I had taken it to them it would have made their day. But I was not going to subject myself to embarrassment just so they could have a good laugh.
Other people have been rude if they have to wait for food. But that is only because we have been busy. You can not honestly expect the waitress to drop everything she is doing and come wait on just you when there are other customers that she has.
So my thing is, do not be rude unless there is a legitimate reason to be rude.
